- Set your pot on fire leave to dry,add the oil to your taste allow to heat a while put in your onions then pour your tomato,pepper allow to fry for 5/8mins Add your meat stock,add your crayfish cover your pot let it boil for a while then add all your meat or chicken,fish,crab etc let it boil for 2/3mins add the moringa leaf then let it boil for 8/10mins. there you have it.
